Engineering
We employ advanced design and testing technology to ensure superior wheel quality, strength, and durability. Design optimization is achieved through stress analysis and deformation simulations. All wheels meet strict JWL standards and undergo pressure testing and X-ray inspection to ensure reliability and flawless performance.
DESIGNING
Alloy
Forged wheels are manufactured from 6061‑T6 aluminum alloy, which includes metallic alloying elements such as magnesium, copper, silicon and zinc. The same alloy is widely used in the production of aviation components. After the blanks are forged, the parts go through multiple stages of heat treatment.
Press
To achieve maximum material density and weight reduction, our blanks are further refined through an advanced multi-stage forging process. The heated billet is forged in two successive stages under pressures of 8,000 tons and 10,000 tons respectively. These processes produce an optimized metallic microstructure, enabling wheel components to be thinner while retaining strength, thus significantly reducing overall wheel weight.
ENGINEERING
Heat treatment
Heat treatment significantly enhances the wheel’s structural strength, making these wheels ideal for high-performance sports cars and heavier vehicles.
Pretreatment
Next, the forged blank is mounted on a lathe to remove its outer metal layer. Once the precise profile is formed, the wheel is transferred to a CNC machining center.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control
All our wheels exceed SAE-J2530 standards for fatigue, rolling resistance, and corrosion testing. Each forged wheel is tested to SAE and TUV requirements, including balancing and roundness checks. Strict multi-level quality control ensures consistent safety, precision, and performance throughout production.
Manual processing
Prior to the painting stage, every wheel undergoes manual inspection and surface preparation. For brushed and polished wheels, additional hand finishing is performed to achieve a distinctive, customized appearance.
Coloring
At this stage, the wheels achieve their final appearance and fully align with the client’s vision. Our team applies liquid and polymer finishes to create distinctive, often one-of-a-kind looks for our forged wheels. We continuously develop and test new colors, combinations and effects to provide customers with truly unique solutions.
